Military & Surplus
Field-worn uniforms, insignia, and surplus gear with real history behind them.
Recovered, restored, and rehomed. Every piece is found by hand, researched, and given a second life.
Nothing is truly lost. It just waits for the right person to find it again.
— The Lott's & Found Ethos
Each one its own hunt — sourced, sorted, and cleaned up before it's listed. Honest about every flaw, never scrubbed of its history.
Field-worn uniforms, insignia, and surplus gear with real history behind them.
Carhartt, raw denim, and faded workwear — measured, steamed, and honestly described.
Coins, ephemera, documents, and the strange small things that don't fit anywhere else.
Hand tools, cast iron, and estate hardware — cleaned, seasoned, and ready to use.
Home base is a 40-ft container, reworked into a clean, organized studio. A quick look at the layout — this is where every piece is sorted, photographed, and packed up to go.
From intake on the right to the photo studio on the left, everything moves through one clean line — sorted, listed, and shipped. This is where Lott's & Found operates.
Lott's & Found started in a pile someone else gave up on — estate lots, surplus auctions, forgotten storage units, the bottom of a grandfather's toolbox.
We don't polish the history out of anything. The rust, the patina, the honest wear — that's the proof it survived. Our job is simply to find it, clean it up, and hand it to whoever needs it next.
Every piece is researched, measured, and photographed before it's listed. No guesses, no scrubbed coins, no hiding flaws — just what it is, and where it's been.
New finds every week. Browse the collection, or reach out about a specific piece.
